| A small Phlegmacium species wich reacts purplish redbrown on the bulbmargin with strong bases. The veilum is yellowish, often seen as small patches on the cap. It was described recently from the Abruzzo area in southern Italy, and by now it is known from five localities in Denmark. It grows in association with Beech (Fagus). |
